Gift Cards, Books and Food Items are non-refundable and all sales are final.
Garces Restaurant Group is not responsible for loss or stolen cards.
If you experience delivery issues with gift cards Garces Restaurant Group may, at it's own direction, replace the card with one of equal value and void the originally issued card. Should the original card be delivered after notice is given to Garces Restaurant Group the original card shall have no value and must destroyed.
Delivery of any product is not guaranteed by any given date, and Garces Restaurant Group is not responsible for late or missed delivery dates beyond final delivery of the requested products.
